The desire to get better and stronger, while feeling empowered and self loving towards yourself for the steps you've already taken!

What are the main worries or questions people usually have before starting with a personal trainer like you?

Should I just try harder by myself? If you could have done it yourself, you would have already. Let me help you with that very 1st (and the hardest) step, which is starting!

What do you want people to understand about how you help them reach their goals that might be different from other trainers?

I am extremely attentive to my clients' personalized needs. We are all very different, and all require different treatment. My attention to detail and scientific approach will NOT leave you disappointed!

What is the price of the training session?

Because our goals are all so vastly different, the price range depends on factors such as how often you'd like your sessions to be, how long you want them to be, and sometimes on your specific goals. 
 
I also do offer packages for multiple sessions, so feel free to inquire about those when we speak!

I specialize in helping clients achieve a range of goals, including weight loss, increased strength, improved mental and physical fitness, and maintaining mobility and flexibility to age gracefully.

Do you offer training for all fitness levels, including beginners?

Absolutely! My programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to advance your current fitness level. I've worked with complete beginners as well as professional athletes! We'll build your journey step by step.

What's the best way for someone to begin their fitness journey with you, especially if they're new to personal training?

You can absolutely start WHEREVER you are! That's the whole point, seeing where you currently stand and then taking 1 step at a time towards more and more progress, which will after a while feel addictive!
